Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in your Jilly Box account 30 days prior to the box being shipped out. You will receive an email reminder that the next season’s box will be charged to your card on file and you have a time period to update your shipping address prior to the 30 days notice of the box being shipped out.
